Payroll Officer

Key Responsibility

  • Managing, processing and maintaining the payroll data in a precise and timely manner

  • Ensuring compliance with the statutory reporting and filing requirements

  • Preparing analytical payroll reports to meet clients' needs and requirements

  • Managing the pension administration (MPF/ORSO) including member enrollment, termination and transfer and annual audit

  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline is preferred

  • 1 year of working experience in Human Resources Management, Payroll or Taxation is preferred; candidate with less experience will be also  considered

  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes (MPF) Ordinance

  • Familiar with Excel

  • Attentive to details and numerical sensitive

  • Excellent command of written and oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
